Admission Information

The Academic Session is observed from April to March.
An online registration form is to be filled and submitted online through the school portal available on the website from 2nd November 2026.
The student applicants are filtered by The Principal.
An offline written entrance assessment is conducted for Preparatory and Middle Classes on a specific date followed by an interaction of the child along with his/her parents.
An offline interaction is conducted for Balvatika classes and Written test for Grade I till VIII on a specific date.
Admission will be granted on the basis of the child's performance purely on merit.
An online Admission Form has to be duly filled with all entries and signature by the parents through the school portal.

The following documents must be submitted at the time of Admission
MANDATORY DOCUMENTS LIST- 1. TRANSFER CERTIFICATE (TC) : Original transfer certificate (TC) from the previous school must be submitted on or before 15 April.
2. The student's PERMANENT EDUCATION NUMBER (PEN).
3. APAAR ID.
4. BIRTH CERTIFICATE : Self attested photocopy issued by an authorised municipal body.
5. A photocopy of the Progress report or Marksheet for the last class attended.
6. A copy of the child's vaccination card.
7. AADHAAR CARDS : Photocopies of the Aadhaar cards of the student, father, and mother .
8. Category certificate: In the case of SC/ST/OBC candidates, a photocopy of the category certificate issued in the child's name must be submitted.
9. DEFENCE PERSONNEL: Serving defence personnel must produce a service certificate or a photocopy of the serving parent's identity proof for verification at the time of interaction.
10. PHOTOGRAPHS : 2 recent passport-size colour photographs each of the student, father, and mother.
11. DESIGNATED GUARDIAN (IF ANY): A passport-size photograph and a photocopy of the designated guardian's Aadhaar card must be submitted. NOTE: ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRODUCED FOR VERIFICATION ON THE DATE OF INTERACTION.

WITHDRAWALS :
1. For a child seeking withdrawal from the school an application for TC should reach the Principal's Office before the 31st March 2027.
2. Six months' fees are liable to be charged for withdrawal during mid- session.
3.Transfer Certificate will be issued only on the submission of an application to that effect and clearance of all dues payable to the school.
4.All school dues must be cleared for the Transfer Certificate to be granted and issued.
NOTE: Age Criteria as per CBSE norms and NEP (NCF-SE) guidelines.

Dismissal:
A student can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:
- Indiscipline & issue of third yellow card.
- Immoral Influence, unsatisfactory performance and threat to security of school.
- Non-payment of Dues.
- Repeated Detention in the same Class.
- Shortage of Attendance (less than 75%).
- Bunking of School.
- Vandalizing School Property.
- Misdemeanor of guardians (violence-Physical& Verbal) and forced entry as mob into the school premises without providing any identification & relationship to the student.
